Croton honey, prevalent in the mid-altitude regions southwest of the forests, boasts a distinctive coarse crystallization with a rough, sandy texture. Harvested primarily from mid-May to July, it retains a pleasant taste despite its near-dark amber color. Although its moisture content tends to be higher due to harvesting during the rainy season, typically ranging from 19 to 20%, it adheres to international standards. Our commitment to quality ensures that each jar of Croton honey reflects the natural richness and unique characteristics of Ethiopia’s diverse landscapes.
